Sau tiết dạy chuyên đề Toán lớp 5, các thầy cô giáo trong tổ chuyên môn đã tích cực tham gia trao đổi, chia sẻ và thảo luận chuyên môn. Buổi sinh hoạt diễn ra trong không khí cởi mở, dân chủ và trách nhiệm.
Các thầy cô cùng phân tích những điểm nổi bật của tiết học, trao đổi về cách tổ chức các hoạt động học tập, phương pháp phát huy tính tích cực của học sinh, việc lồng ghép Tiếng Anh, STEM và STEAM, cũng như hiệu quả của các hình thức tổ chức dạy học.
Đặc biệt, giáo viên tập trung thảo luận về những thuận lợi, khó khăn và những điểm cần điều chỉnh để các hoạt động học tập phù hợp hơn với đặc điểm học sinh lớp 5. Những ý kiến đóng góp thiết thực, xuất phát từ thực tế giảng dạy đã giúp các thành viên trong tổ có thêm nhiều kinh nghiệm và ý tưởng để vận dụng vào các tiết học tiếp theo.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS HELP ENHANCE TEACHING QUALITY
Following the Grade 5 Mathematics demonstration lesson, the teachers in the professional team actively participated in professional discussions, sharing ideas, and exchanging teaching experiences. The session took place in an open, democratic, and responsible atmosphere.
The teachers analyzed the highlights of the lesson and discussed the organization of learning activities, methods to promote students’ active participation, the integration of English, STEM, and STEAM, as well as the effectiveness of different teaching approaches.
In particular, the teachers focused on discussing the advantages, challenges, and areas for improvement so that learning activities could be better adapted to the characteristics and learning needs of Grade 5 students. The practical and constructive feedback based on classroom experience provided the team members with valuable insights and new ideas to apply in their future lessons.
The process of observing – analyzing – discussing – and sharing not only contributes to improving professional expertise but also provides teachers with opportunities to learn from one another, support each other, and develop their professional competencies.
